I’m a mindset and personal empowerment coach for student-athletes, helping them break through mental blocks, limiting beliefs, and performance barriers to reach their peak athletic potential and achieve their dreams of playing at the collegiate level.
My Journey: From Aspiring Collegiate Athlete to Mindset Coach
I once dreamed of playing college soccer, but distractions, injuries, and self-doubt held me back. My senior-year injury derailed my training, and I lacked the confidence and knowledge to pursue a walk-on opportunity. Without the right guidance and support, my dream slipped away.
Looking back, I realize the missing piece was the mental game—the same element that now fuels my passion for coaching student-athletes. If I had the right mindset, resources, and support, my path could have been different.

With 23+ years of experience as a teacher, coach, and life coach, I’ve worked closely with teens, young adults, and athletes, guiding them through challenges on and off the field.

I use a holistic coaching method that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My coaching process is designed to help student-athletes clear subconscious blocks and negative thought patterns that can hold them back from maintaining their elite status, becoming strong team leaders, and playing at the collegiate level. I help athletes transform stress and anxiety into focus, confidence, and peak performance.
We focus on Performance, Purpose, and Self-Happiness—ensuring athletes excel in their sport and find fulfillment in the journey.

Through deep conversations, we identify the root cause of mental blocks and self-doubt. Using my Body-Brain Conditioning method, I help athletes train their minds to become teammates rather than competitors, unlocking new confidence levels and performance.
Athletes learn practical techniques to calm their mind and body, helping them uplevel their performance, manage pressure and develop independence—so they can perform at their best on and off the field.
When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, practicing Qigong, and relaxing with my husband and Australian Shepherd, Cactus, in beautiful Colorado.
