On a personal note...
I enjoy being in nature, whether it's hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or running. Fresh air cleanses my soul and helps me ground and connect with myself.
The breath is my savior. Here I am in Kona, HI meditating. Qigong, breathwork, and meditation are my daily needs to help keep me balanced.
I love to swim. There is something about water that relaxes and refreshes me. I prefer swimming in the ocean but tend to swim at the local pool since I don't live near an ocean (yet).
What youth leaders are saying...
“She is phenomenal. She taught leadership skills at our Youth Summit as the ending keynote speaker.”

“Mary Lynne made my job easy. She was quick to respond to emails, interested in our situation and open to ideas. Our youth connected with Mary Lynne’s stories and passion. They really got into her presentation and workshop. I can’t wait to have her back to speak to our youth again.”
